Combat Computers Inc.Combat Computers Inc. was started in March 1998. It was formed as a family business and we each did our own part. We started in Cornwall, PE. We got our beginnings there and without Cornwall helping and supporting us we may not be this far today. The residence of Cornwall knew we were there to help them. Combat is a fair, reasonable company. We are out to help Islanders from one end of the Island to the other.
In 2003, we made he move to Charlottetown, to give us a better base and to widen our horizons. We now have approx 2000sq ft facility and have a large inventory to suit everyone’s needs. With good quality workmanship and a strong staff, we are able to offer our clients a long healthy life in the computer industry. Combat has a lot of loyal customers who have been with us since the beginning. We are a stronger company because of there loyalties and support. It doesn’t matter how big a company to the average consumer, we treat everyone the same. As far as we are concerned every customer is a tool for a company, they either can help you or hurt you, so therefore treat everyone the same in order to be a leader in your industry.
In Oct 2007, we ran out of space and have moved to a larger location across from our old location at 92 TransCanada Highway in Charlottetown. We have acquired approx 3000 sq ft of space with a larger showroom. We have added our Home theatre Line and alot more cabling to go with it. Our parking has made significant amount of difference for our customers with our larger parking area. We are also wheelchair accessible for our handicap customers.
Combat Computer Inc. has a very strong team of professionals. Our team works together each and every day to make our customers our top priority. Our motto provides a significant role in the company. “We aim to Please” is not just a statement but is how we stand behind our products and customers. We are a pretty diversified team. We have done phone installation, network cabling, phone repairs, and all the way to installing and setting up high end servers for the demanding jobs. There is nothing our team will not attempt. If we can’t do it, then it can’t be done.
Combat Computers Inc. has a large inventory of new and used. We stock most needs of today’s customer but some customers require something special. Of which, we then order in for whatever they require. Most special things take a day or two. Our warranty is second to none, we offer a one year warranty on all our new products. The customer just returns the defective product and we usually just swap them with a new one off the shelf without hassles of waiting. Sometimes we may need to order in the product of which we will have the next day. So, our warranty is done right in our shop. Extended warranties are available at time of purchase to our customers if they so desire.
Combat Computers Inc. also rent equipment including projectors, laptops, desktops, monitors, and to whatever maybe in need. If we find your rental is a wise investment, we will buy the item and then rent it to you.
You may notice I use “we” a lot, but you must understand that we are a team and everything one person does affects another person on the team So, even in a day to day society, no matter where you are always remember, what you do or say as a action or reaction will indeed affect someone out there, maybe not today but maybe tomorrow.
